The process

1. Initial call
Tell us the diagnosis, current situation and what you want to clarify.

2. Send the records
Pathology, medical letters, imaging reports and treatment history.

3. File check
We identify missing items and whether DICOM images or pathology material are required.

4. Centre selection
Hospitals and specialists are selected according to the cancer type and clinical question.

5. Medical review
With your consent, the file is sent to the selected centre(s).

6. Compare the response
Recommendation, further tests, schedule and estimated cost.

7. Appointment
If you choose treatment, we coordinate communication and available logistics.

Medical data are sensitive. The form is intended for relevant medical information; avoid sending identity documents unless they are specifically required later in the process.
