CANCER TYPES
Different cancers require different surgical teams, systemic treatments, radiation techniques and molecular tests. A centre that is a strong option for one tumour may not be the best fit for another.
Medical decisions are made by the evaluating physicians and hospitals. MEDITRAVEL coordinates access and communication.

Breast surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, receptor status and HER2/other biomarkers.
Histology, stage and molecular profiling can substantially change the treatment pathway.
Uro-oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, PSMA imaging and selected nuclear-medicine therapies.
Pancreas, colorectal, stomach and liver cancers often require highly coordinated multidisciplinary care.
Gynaecologic oncology, cytoreductive surgery, systemic therapy and molecular risk factors.
Neurosurgery, molecular neuropathology, radiation oncology and neuro-oncology may all be required.
For rare tumours, recurrent disease or an unusual pathology report, the relevant question is often which disease-specific team should review the case — not which hospital is most famous.
Start with the medical records and the treatment question.
